Each stage was structured to progressively strengthen the infrastructure, expand adoption of the KOTAI Token, and consolidate a complete ecosystem for users, companies, developers, and investors. *** ### 2023–2024 | Project Foundation At this stage, the financial, strategic, and technological foundations that gave rise to the KOTAI Ecosystem were established. #### Milestones achieved * \[x] Initial project funding through **2,807 investors** who participated in the first KOTAI Token contract, whose total supply was **10 trillion tokens**. * \[x] Official launch of the KOTAI Project. * \[x] Definition of the ecosystem’s strategic vision and long-term planning. * \[x] Structuring of the initial architecture for the products that would later become part of the KOTAI Ecosystem. *** ### 2024 | Tokenomics Evolution With the goal of preparing the project for sustainable expansion, a complete restructuring of the KOTAI Token economy was initiated. #### Milestones achieved * \[x] Launch of the first KOTAI Token contract with a total supply of **10 trillion units**. * \[x] Entry of the first **2,807 investors**, who funded the project’s initial phase. * \[x] Planning of the new token economic structure focused on long-term sustainability. *** ### 2025 | Tokenomics Restructuring Before the start of the ICO, a new structure for the KOTAI Token was implemented, providing greater economic efficiency and preparing the ecosystem for its growth phase. #### Milestones achieved * \[x] Implementation of a new KOTAI Token smart contract. * \[x] Definition of the maximum supply at **1 trillion KOTAI tokens**. * \[x] Proportional migration of investors from the previous contract to the new contract, fully preserving their relative participation in the project. * \[x] Proportional reduction (**10:1**) of the balances held by investors from the first contract, while maintaining the same representation within the new tokenomics. * \[x] Complete update of the token economy to support the sustainable growth of the ecosystem. *** ### 2025 | ICO and Company Structuring With the new tokenomics implemented, the ICO began, funding the construction of the KOTAI Ecosystem infrastructure. The funds raised made it possible to structure a company with its own development team and accelerate the construction of the main products planned for 2026 and 2027. #### Milestones achieved * \[x] 2026 and 2027. *** ### 2026 | Tokenomics Consolidation After the official closing of the ICO, the definitive policy for reducing the KOTAI Token supply was executed. #### Permanent Token Burn **Milestones achieved** * \[x] Official closing of the ICO. * \[x] Permanent burn of all remaining tokens that were not acquired during the ICO. * \[x] Definitive reduction of the maximum supply from **1 trillion** to **500 billion KOTAI tokens**. * \[x] Transparent supply update directly on the blockchain, allowing public auditing and verification by any user. * \[x] Consolidation of a more scarce, sustainable tokenomics aligned with the ecosystem’s long-term growth. *** ### 2026 | First Expansion Phase The funds raised during the ICO began to be converted into products, infrastructure, and international expansion for the ecosystem. #### Products launched * \[x] Official launch of **KOTAI Wallet**, the ecosystem’s decentralized wallet. * \[x] Official launch of **KOTAIDEX**, the ecosystem’s decentralized exchange (DEX). * \[x] Official launch of **KOTAIPAY**, the cryptocurrency payments platform. *** #### Community Growth **KOTAI MEGA AIRDROP** Start of the largest token distribution campaign in the history of the ecosystem. **Goal** * Attract **more than 200,000 new KOTAI holders**. *** #### Brazil’s Largest Gamer Campaign Launch of Brazil’s largest gamer campaign to accelerate adoption of the KOTAI Ecosystem. **Objectives** * Exceed **600,000 downloads of KOTAI Wallet**. * Significantly expand the global user community. * Consolidate one of the largest holder bases in the national market. *** #### Global Listing Strategy As part of the KOTAI Ecosystem’s internationalization strategy, a continuous plan will be initiated to expand the presence of the KOTAI Token on major cryptocurrency exchanges. **Objectives for 2026** * List the KOTAI Token on **at least four new exchanges**. * Average pace of **one new listing every 40 days**. * Expansion of international liquidity. * Broader access to the KOTAI Token for investors from different regions of the world. **Objectives for 2027** * Continuation of the global expansion strategy. * Listing of the KOTAI Token on **eight more exchanges**. * Consolidation of the KOTAI Token’s international presence on major trading platforms. *** #### Infrastructure Development Throughout 2026, the infrastructure that will support the next generation of the ecosystem will be developed. **Planned milestones** * Development of **KOTAICHAIN**, the ecosystem’s own blockchain. * Development of the official migration system from the KOTAI Token (BEP-20) to the native currency of KOTAICHAIN. * Development of the infrastructure required for Web3 applications, DeFi, and new ecosystem services. *** ### First Half of 2027 | KOTAICHAIN Launch KOTAICHAIN will represent the beginning of the KOTAI Ecosystem’s technological independence. #### Planned milestones * Official launch of the proprietary blockchain. * Free **1:1** migration from the KOTAI Token (BEP-20) to the native cryptocurrency of KOTAICHAIN. * Start of operations for the proprietary blockchain infrastructure. *** ### 2027 | Ecosystem Expansion #### KotaiChat Launch of the official decentralized communication platform. **Planned features** * Login using the user’s own wallet address. * Decentralized communication. *
